Who We Are

Mariah is a passionate and caring therapist who approaches counseling from a holistic, relational, and attachment-focused lens. Her primary therapeutic modalities include Object Relations Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. She also draws from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) techniques and strengths-based approaches to thoughtfully tailor therapy to each individual.

Mariah believes in working at the root of core emotional wounds rather than only addressing surface-level symptoms. She integrates experiential techniques to help clients process, heal, and transform longstanding patterns.

She has experience working with:

  • Families impacted by immigration-related stress, including concerns about ICE

  • African American clients

  • Latinx/Hispanic individuals and families

  • Individuals navigating trauma and attachment wounds

  • Clients seeking support for eating disorders

  • Survivors of childhood sexual abuse

  • Couples seeking healing, growth, and improved communication

Mariah is culturally responsive and deeply values creating a safe, affirming space for clients from diverse backgrounds.

In addition to her clinical work, Mariah has experience serving as a supervisor within an Integrated Co-Occurring Disorders Program, supporting individuals facing both mental health and substance use challenges.

Education & Professional Background

Mariah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Corban University in 2024.

She is also certified as a Transformational Coach through Western Seminary.

Her professional background includes diverse clinical and leadership roles serving individuals, families, and communities with complex mental health needs.

Richi

Mariah

Richi is a compassionate and engaging therapist whose primary therapeutic approaches are Person-Centered Therapyand Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He creates a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered while also gaining practical tools to create meaningful change.

Richi integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective, recognizing the connection between emotional, psychological, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being.

He specializes in supporting:

  • Latinx/Hispanic individuals and families

  • African American clients

  • Immigrants and second-generation individuals

  • Individuals experiencing anxiety and chronic stress

  • Clients navigating narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships

  • Families impacted by immigration-related stress, including concerns about ICE

  • Athletes and high-performing individuals

As the son of Latino immigrants, Richi is deeply committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care. He understands the unique challenges faced by immigrant communities, including acculturation stress, intergenerational conflict, identity development, and fear related to immigration systems.

Richi offers therapy services in both English and Spanish.

He is an approved CLSS (Culturally and Linguistically Specific Services) provider through the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), ensuring culturally and linguistically responsive services for diverse communities.

Mental Performance Consulting

With 18 years of experience as a competitive baseball player, Richi integrates his athletic background with evidence-based mental performance strategies to help athletes strengthen confidence, resilience, focus, and emotional regulation.

He supports athletes in:

  • Performance anxiety

  • Confidence building

  • Mental toughness

  • Leadership development

  • Identity beyond sport

  • Transition periods (injury, retirement, role changes)

Education & Professional Development

Richi earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Corban University in 2024.

He is currently pursuing certification as a Mental Performance Consultant.
