Cancellation Policy

At Sede Counseling, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if there are more than two no-shows within a three-month period (for same-day bookings), scheduling privileges may be adjusted. In such cases, clients may be limited to same-day appointments only (if available) for a period of one month, and advance booking may not be permitted during that time.

We kindly ask that you notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Termination of Services

If you miss a scheduled appointment without notice and/or do not schedule a session for 30 consecutive days, we will assume that you have chosen to discontinue services. Your file may be closed at that time.

After 30 days without services, you may be considered a new client. Please note that reestablishing services will depend on provider availability and the ability to offer consistent, ongoing appointments.
